In this month's home inspection photo, we see a good example of a leaky Bilco-style door. These doors tend to leak. Leaky doors degrade the value of home both monetarily and aesthetically. It's best to identify the leakage early and get it fixed or replaced immediately. Nobody is more qualified to fix the issues emerging from an inadequately hung or broken entryway than the experts who have gone through years accumulating experience and aptitude introducing and fixing exterior doors.
